Transit Land Surveying has been wonderful to work with! Emily and Eli have both provided exemplary service, from fast turnaround times to solid communication throughout the project. This will definitely be my go to company for future survey needs!

I needed a rush survey, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. This was for my personal property, and they were very respectful of my home surroundings (dogs and daughter). They provided me with a PDF and CAD file. They also had to provide my Architect with an older version of CAD file, and did so on the fly. I will use them again on my next survey project. Their pricing is competitive and fit my budget.

Eli saved us a lot of time and money by educating us about survey monuments near our property when we were looking into having a survey done to resolve questions about public right-of-way for our landscaping project. Unfortunately for our project it didn’t appear that we would be able to build where we wanted to, but Eli freely told us what to look for during our consultation even though it wasn’t in his immediate business interest. We really appreciate his help and will be back if we have reason to do any surveying work in the future.

We contacted Transit Land Surveying to help determine the ownership of two large eucalyptus trees between our property and a neighboring property after a storm caused one of the trees to damage our roof.
